EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
Effective leadership by your association management firm allows the volunteer leadership to devote more time to policy, strategy and ideas. With 70 years of combined association management experience, GSE has the expertise to meet the challenges of your organization.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
GSE manages your organization’s business needs on a daily basis leaving your leadership to focus on serving the needs of your membership. Under management’s supervision, customer services orientated staffers perform such duties as answering phones, directing member inquiries, managing membership database, bookkeeping tasks and answering overall questions about your organization.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Timely financial information is critical in the development and support of an associations strategic plans. Our staff can provide financial reports and all supporting schedules to aid in financial decisions. We also provide such services as asset management and assistance in budget preparation. Non profit accounting is our specialty, so let us show you how to maximize your associations operations.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS
The development of effective communication vehicles can go a long way in attracting and retaining your organization’s members. GSE’s years of collaboration with other specialists, such as photographers, graphic designers, printers customizes your organization’s look and message. Chose from a menu of newsletters, brochures, promotional materials, fax publications and membership directories, etc. to effectively communicate with your current and potential members.

MEETING & EXPOSITION MANAGEMENT
Everyone agrees conference and meeting participants should focus all of their energies on the presentations at hand and not be bothered with overcoming obstacles of event logistics. GSE can handle every aspect of your meeting calendar whether you are planning a board of directors meeting or annual conference and exposition. On staff meeting specialists provide the critical support necessary in the delivery of high-quality, image-enhancing organizational events.

GAYLE STEWART BIO:

Native Southern Californian raised in Beverly Hills.

Educated at California State University Long Beach and Waseda University, Tokyo.  Graduated Cum Laude in 1971.

Gayle has served as the Executive Director of the Executives’ Association of Orange County since 1972.  She founded Gayle Stewart Enterprises, Inc. in 1981, which is a multi association management firm currently providing services for sixteen organization.  The firm also plans and coordinates special events (tradeshows).

Gayle’s hobbies include travel, fishing, cooking and going to the movies.   

Gayle has advised and helped in the formation of Executive Associations in Fresno, Bakersfield, San Fernando Valley, West Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley. (You pay travel expenses and Gayle will go anywhere and talk about EAOC.)
