About EAOC

The Executives' Association of Orange County is an exclusive group of prestigious business owners and decision-makers, ACTIVELY pursuing leads and referrals to grow and support each other's businesses.  The core of the EAOC is the 1-hour weekly breakfast meeting, held every Wednesday at 7:00 am at The Green Parrot Villa in Santa Ana.

We maintain the high quality of the organization by carefully considering the businesses that join the ranks of the EAOC.  We allow just one member from each industry to join, which makes it easy for your fellow members to actively seek referrals and leads for your business. 

The business integrity of our members is a credit to the EAOC community, and members represent the kinds of companies with whom YOU would like to do business, making referrals simple.

What We Do and How We Do It

At the weekly breakfast meeting, more existing business and potential business is transacted than you would believe possible!

Each weekly breakfast meeting includes: self-introductions, exchange of leads, one in-depth member presentation on his or her business, one or more “mini-talks”, and an informal contact session.  Not to mention, some of the finest Mexican cuisine that you will find anywhere.

Following the meeting, the featured member receives a front page article with direct links in the EAOC Weekly newsletter, which gets emailed to EVERY member in the EAOC, 2-3 days of social media coverage on all of EAOC's channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and a blog post with direct links on our news page.

Benefits

In addition to actively supporting each other's businesses through leads and networking, members tend to choose each other for DIRECT business, rather than risk seeking unfamiliar referrals outside of the group.  This saves an abundance of time and money, and is one of the primary reasons we have members locking down business categories for DECADES.

In 2008, a former member gave a lead of a local private school. After my initial visit, they signed on as a client and ordered small orders regularly, every year. As they grew, so did their order size. And although the member has not been a member for several years, this client has accounted for a total revenue of $60,000 at very nice profit margins.
