At this week’s morning meeting of the Executives' Association of Orange County (EAOC), members were delighted to hear an inspiring introductory presentation by our newest member, Rachelle Casillas of CC&R’s Property Management.

With more than 25 years of combined industry experience, CC&R’s is a family-owned boutique property management company based in Orange County. Their mission is clear: to help families and communities thrive through tailored property management solutions that align with each client’s goals and budget.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and is certified in Community Association Management (CAI M-100). She also holds certifications in Life Coaching and Leadership Development.

Her warm personality and attention to detail ensure that each client receives exceptional care and service. When she’s not helping clients, Rachelle enjoys life with her husband Danny and their two amazing children, cheering them on at baseball games, volleyball matches, musical performances, and school events. She’s also deeply involved in her community, volunteering with multiple nonprofits and leading Family Love Outreach, a nonprofit organization she helped found.

As they grew, so did their order size. And although the member has not been a member for several years, this client has accounted for a total revenue of $60,000 at very nice profit margins. I have been a member for many years in several different classifications. EAOC has always provided me with a steady flow of leads. However the biggest benefit I’ve received has been “outside” of the core purpose of leads. A past member John Valentine, mentioned to me that he had heard about some industrial land for sale in Costa Mesa. I ended up buying it, building a warehouse and running my business at the time (South Coast Stationers) there for about thirty years. It was an excellent investment.

In the last thirty four years the business has grown to fourteen associations. We employ eleven full time and one part time employee.
