Check Positive Pay can help identify fraudulent checks by matching check issue formation you provide against checks presented for clearing.  You’ll receive an electronic notification alert when Commercial Bank of California finds discrepancies between the check issue information you provide and checks presented. Then you can decide to either accept the payment or return the check.

ACH Positive Pay enables you to establish and control acceptable send parament profiles for incoming ACH payments.  An electronic alert is provided to you if there is a mismatch.  You can then decide to either pay or return the transaction.  If you do not respond to the alert, the system will default to returning it.

ACH Block allows you to block all ACH debits from being posted to your account.  All blocked transactions will be returned to the originator automatically.

Happy Friday, EAOC! 

Thank you for attending whether in-person or online this week! We welcomed a few guests, and as always, enjoyed a fabulous breakfast provided by Sammy Montoya’s staff!

We heard from Donny Delfin, not only about his growing up in Guam but moving with his family to the United States so his mother could receive better medical care. It just goes to show, Donny is always thinking of others on a personal level as well as business.

Donny’s fellow banker’s prediction came true when he was told many years ago he would experience mergers and acquisitions reaching that magic number of “7.” Donny has found a new home at Commercial Bank of California. Commercial Bank of CA has many of the same faces and names you may recall as Donny’s support staff from previous institutions. He prides himself on working with the best and the brightest!
