Mike Rosen of Trace Restoration has built his reputation on precision, responsiveness, and a deeply personal approach to helping homeowners recover from disaster. Thermal imaging cameras take it a step further, detecting subtle temperature differences that reveal hidden pockets of moisture often missed by the untrained eye.

Before any repairs begin, the team focuses on “containing the chaos.” That means isolating affected areas, creating protective barriers, and strategically placing specialized drying equipment. Happy Friday, EAOC!

Although our in-person attendance was a bit lighter than usual this week, we had a great time networking.

Our presenter was Mike Rosen with Trace Restoration. Several members have already used their services and can attest to their expertise in water damage, mold, and smoke removal. They are specialists in fully restoring your home after damage and will work directly with your insurance company and adjuster to make the process as smooth as possible.

As a reminder, our EAOC Sunday brunch is this weekend at the Green Parrot Villa. We are scheduled for the noon seating and are nearly at capacity. Please check with Katie to see if any last-minute seats are still available.

We have a surprise in store for next week with our presenter currently TBD. We hope to see everyone in person then.
