EAOC Members Receive a Complete Real Estate Update from Gizi Clemmer and Susan Klaren
This week, EAOC members were treated to a comprehensive real estate update from two of the Association's trusted experts: Realtor Gizi Clemmer of Allstars Realty and Mortgage Lender Susan Klaren of CMG Financial. Together, they provided valuable insights into both sides of the homeownership journey—from finding the right property to securing the financing needed to make dreams a reality.
Gizi Clemmer shared her passion for helping individuals, families, and investors build financial stability and long-term wealth through real estate. As a full-service Realtor, Gizi believes that real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes—it is about building relationships, earning trust, and guiding clients through some of life's most important decisions.
Known for her caring approach and attention to detail, Gizi specializes in transactions that require a little extra support. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers through every step of the process or helping seniors navigate major life transitions, she is committed to ensuring her clients feel informed, confident, and supported. Gizi also enjoys helping sellers successfully market their homes and smoothly transition to their next chapter.
Complementing Gizi's presentation, Susan Klaren explained how the right financing can change the trajectory of a family for generations. Susan emphasized that great lenders are more than number crunchers—they are teachers, translators, problem solvers, and lifelong learners. Behind every loan application is a family with dreams, and Susan is dedicated to helping her clients achieve them.
Susan represents CMG Financial, a private nationwide lender licensed in all 50 states. She is personally licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Oregon, and Texas, allowing her to assist borrowers across much of the country.
She outlined the wide range of lending solutions she offers, including purchase loans such as VA, Conventional, FHA, USDA, First-Time Buyer Programs, investment property financing, bank statement loans, ITIN loans, and more. She also assists clients with refinances, home equity loans, debt consolidation, inheritance and divorce-related financing, as well as reverse mortgages for both purchases and refinances.
Susan walked members through her client-focused process, which begins with a brief introductory call, followed by an application review, consultation, preapproval, and ongoing support throughout the transaction. Did you know? The last two surviving signers of the Declaration of Independence, John Adams (age 90) and Thomas Jefferson (age 83) where unable to attend the nation's 50th anniversary of signing due to health reasons, and both passed away on July the 4th, 1826.
