This week’s EAOC morning meeting featured a warm and inspiring presentation from our trusted residential real estate professional, Gizi Clemmer of Allstars Realty. Known by many as the sweetest soul in real estate, Gizi shared insights into her client-focused approach and her passion for helping people achieve financial stability and long-term wealth through real estate.

As a full-service Realtor, Gizi works with individuals, families, and investors who are looking to build their personal wealth through strategic real estate acquisition. Her philosophy is simple: real estate isn’t just about transactions—it’s about relationships, trust, and guiding people through some of the most important decisions of their lives.

Gizi has built a reputation for possessing both the professional expertise and the caring temperament needed to navigate complex real estate situations. She specializes in transactions that require a little extra attention—whether that means helping clients understand the market, coordinating details during a challenging move, or providing the reassurance buyers and sellers often need along the way.

During the meeting, Gizi spoke about her particular passion for working with first-time homebuyers and seniors. For first-time buyers, she takes pride in educating and guiding them step-by-step through the process, helping turn what can feel like an overwhelming experience into an exciting milestone. For seniors, she provides compassionate support during major life transitions, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable as they move to the next chapter.

Outside of real estate, Gizi shared a glimpse into her personal life. She lives in La Habra Heights with the love of her life, Gordon, and their adorable Australian Shepherd, Sadie—who, by all accounts, may be the cutest member of the Clemmer household.

The EAOC community was delighted to hear from Gizi and learn more about the care, professionalism, and heart she brings to every client relationship. Her presentation was a wonderful reminder that behind every home purchase or sale is a story—and having the right guide can make all the difference.

As they grew, so did their order size. And although the member has not been a member for several years, this client has accounted for a total revenue of $60,000 at very nice profit margins. However the biggest benefit I’ve received has been “outside” of the core purpose of leads. A past member John Valentine, mentioned to me that he had heard about some industrial land for sale in Costa Mesa. I ended up buying it, building a warehouse and running my business at the time (South Coast Stationers) there for about thirty years. It was an excellent investment.
